DPSCS Website Improvements

What's Changed

DPSCS has joined the many other state agencies to update our site to the State's new responsive design. This new design ensures a user experience that adapts to deliver all of the same interactive features and content on any device: desktop, tablet, mobile.

New menus will organize information to make it easier to find exactly what you need. Most notably, we have added a “Rehabilitation” tab, as well as a tab for families of offenders to help navigate DPSCS, one of the largest agencies in the state.

Navigation Help

Until you become acquainted to the new site, you can find some navigational help here. Many of the links that were directly accessible from the home page still are. Others are only one click away:

Items formerly found in “Public Safety/Stakeholder Services,” and “Find a service” are now found on the left side of each page by clicking the link labeled Public under Services for:

Items found in “Find a DPSCS Unit,” as well as a link to the “Office of Equal Opportunity” are now found on the left side of each page by clicking the link labeled See All DPSCS units under Units:

A link to Maryland Correctional Enterprises can now be found by clicking the Rehabilitation tab in the red navigation bar.

Links to “Inmate Banking system” and “Pardon Application” can now found on the left side of each page by clicking the link labeled Offender Families under Services for:

Links to our “Community Partners”can now be found near the bottom of the home page, right next to the video.
