Special Olympics T-Shirt or Hat Reservation Has Ended

Payment/Pick-up: May 14th – 28th, 2012

Shirts will be delivered to the DPSCS location you choose on your reservation form below after the May 1st deadline. You are responsible for payment and pick-up between May 14th and 28th – offices and institutions are welcome to pool reservations and payment/pick-ups as you see fit. Payment must be received before you can obtain your items.
