Last seen: Mickey Rodgers left Dismas House West at 10 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 3, 2011. He was authorized to leave at that time in order to fill out a job application with a business in Baltimore City. Rodgers was searching for employment as a work-release inmate. He was supposed to return to the facility by 4 p.m. As of 5:45 p.m., Rodgers had not returned.

Work-release is a conditional release for offenders nearing the end of their sentence where they are employed at an unsupervised location and return to a Division of Correction facility outside working hours. Rodgers was to have been released to mandatory supervision in at the end of October 2011.

Institution: Dismas House West. Rodgers is a pre-release status inmate who had been serving time at Dismas House West, a halfway house under the control of the Division of Correction.
