DPSCS Halfway House Walk Offs Return

UPDATE: Three pre-release offenders who walked away from Dismas Halfway House in West Baltimore have turned themselves in as of the morning of May 29, 2012. The three offenders were discovered missing at approximately 12:30am Sunday, May 27, 2012.

Details on how the three were able to leave the facility are still being investigated but initially it was discovered they left through the front door which caused an alarm to sound. Security staff immediately conducted a headcount and discovered them missing. The three offenders are:
