DPSCS Central Home Detention Unit Walkoff Notification
Update: This offender was arrested by Baltimore City Police on Friday, September 21, 2012 and is back in the custody of DPSCS.
TOWSON, MD (August 14, 2012) –
Last seen:The offender was living in the 2100 block of Hollins Street in Baltimore City on home detention. He was authorized to be out of the residence from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a visit to his case manager. The case manager notified the Central Home Detention Unit that the offender never arrived for his appointment. Officers attempted to locate the offender but could not. He was deemed a walkoff at 12 p.m.
