Last seen: On Wednesday, Dec. 19 at 1:12 p.m., the offender left Threshold for a job interview. He was scheduled to return by 5:45 p.m. When he did not return, staff attempted to locate him. He was declared a walkoff at 7:15 p.m.

Threshold is a privately-operated DPSCS-contracted facility. It houses up to 32 nonviolent, male offenders either serving less than 3 years, or within 6 months of release. Threshold is considered a work-release center, with all residents expected to either have a job or be looking for a job.
