 We are excited to announce James "Donny" Moses as our new Director of Communications. Donny is a proud graduate of Frostburg State University and brings with him an impressive 28 years of experience with the Baltimore Police Department. During his tenure, he served as both a detective and a media relations specialist, honing his skills in communication and public relations.

Donny is married and has two children. He is honored to join our team and is eager to leverage his extensive background in law enforcement and communications to support the mission of the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. His wealth of experience and dedication to public service will be invaluable as we continue to strive for excellence in our communications efforts.
