- $35,700 starting salary for officers
- 20 year service retirement for officers (up to 5 years of military service may apply), 30 years for all State Employees
- 10-25 days of vacation per year based on length of service
- 15 sick days, unused days may be applied toward retirement
- 11 holidays per year
- 6 personal days per year
